Notes regarding
Administration and Communications
Dear fellow responsible, concerned and true Australians,
Because I receive large volumes of e-mails in support of this "rescue
Australia" initiative, please bear with me as I explain a few ‘administration’
points:
1. 2. To ensure reliable communication, add the
following e-mail address in your e-mail address book or "whitelist."
--------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------
2. I do my best to read every email received. If I don’t reply, it's not
necessarily that I don’t want to, but usually a time problem, or perhaps I
perceive that there is nothing of benefit for this project (and especially
for Australia) in replying.
3.
I am compiling a montage of the (about 1%) ‘good’ – or
seemingly rational - argumentative or counterpoint emails
I receive, together with my responses to them.
I DO remove all names and references; so relax if you
might be a person who intends to argue with me.
Those who have made fools of themselves in
their argument are safe - I won't "out" them, as long as they remain
courteous, respectful and honest.
But if someone breaks the rules of civilised
behaviour, then it's gloves off time -
as it should be.
Decent people need to no
longer 'tolerate' barbaric attitudes and behaviours - unless they want to
totally lose
Australia!
The most important and relative of these 'direct debates' are YET TO
BE posted on this website as a kind of “FAQ” – Frequently Answered
Questions – page where you can check out the types of counterpoints received and
our responses to them.
That way you can get to ever better know the OzUnited perspectives/knowledge - as well as perhaps get a different (more informed?) understanding on
the particular matter. (For example, everybody who for the first time reads
THIS essay and also
THIS, tend to
respond with something like..."wow, I NEVER looked at it from that
perspective, but now it makes perfect sense." (etc).
Given that the support for OzUnited now numbers many thousands, it’s just impossible from a time point of view for me to ‘directly’ interact
with EVERY person personally. Hopefully the FAQ page should do the trick - for now.
4.
When I start actioning workshops/seminars/meetings, interaction will of course become more efficient (and enjoyable/interesting?)
and large numbers of people can then share in the questions and answers in a
very effective and interesting way. More about the workshops in the near
future.
By the way, I just delete the typically four-letter worded rubbish mail I
receive. On a percentage basis, there are not many – maybe one or two in every
few hundred emails.
Hey…every village has to have its idiot.
5.
Not withstanding the above, I AM keeping an eye out for
well-informed, mature, educated, intelligent, sensible,
heads-on-in-the-right-way people.
At some point in the future such people will
likely be invited to participate as (for lack of another word) “directors”
within this project. I must mention that MOST (not all) of the ‘good’ emails I
receive are from men.
I strongly encourage ladies to also share their thoughts
with me if they feel they (a) have leadership ability - i.e. deep life's experience,
good knowledge, intelligence and strong moral character - and (b) are so deeply concerned about
our social issues that they want to help make a meaningful difference.
Therefore, if anyone has something worthwhile to say on these matters, PLEASE DO
write to me.
I may not reply – or may reply MONTHS later (as has happened – and I apologise!)
– but I DO need to hear from EVERYONE who is a true Australian and who wants to
‘have a say’ in these matters.
It would GREATLY help me if, when you “have your say,” you simply state in the
subject line “Having my say” and then go for it in the body of the
e-mail. And if you don't get a reply within a week or two, feel free to give me
a reminder that what you have to say is seriously important and worth my focus
and attention ( it had BETTER be or I might bite...I
AM hugely busy and what I focus on ARE seriously important issues! )
6.
There is a new (and easier) system for obtaining/viewing
PowerPoints and Videos. Please read and diligently follow
the guidelines.
7.
One thing you can do that will meaningfully help our nation is to
TALK to EVERYONE
about the PowerPoints and the OzUnited Initiative.
Talk to people about
what's happening in Australia. Never get into arguments. Just interact with
those who are also concerned and let them know OzUnited is the way to go if we
want to get genuinely serious about rescuing Australia.
The easiest is to simply ask them if they have seen any
of the PowerPoints (use your own words
to .... eloquently and enthusiastically (?)...... describe them), mention they are
free and that you’ll send one to them - and just get their e-mail address.
EVERY true
Australian WILL greatly appreciate your letting them know about the PowerPoints.
Also, feel free to send me any email addresses you come across. I have a
special, non-aggressive, 'introductory' e-mailed invitation to consider these
matters. The PowerPoint I attach usually does all the 'talking' for me! I get
about one in 500 'not interested' responses. (Again...every village has to have its
idiot...)
But the big thing is for YOU to let as many people know as you possibly can.
There is NOTHING like direct, face-to-face 'word of mouth' for getting everyone
informed.
Always remember, together we CAN, we WILL and
we MUST make a real difference or we WILL lose our precious nation's cultural
heritage and way of life.
For Australia's sake,
Sincerely,
Peter Forde
(Initiator)
ps Please know that, unless
stated as confidential, I encourage ALL my correspondence to be onforwarded
anywhere because that way it
(a) helps ever more people to get to 'know' me better
(b) educates and informs ever more people with important, truthful knowledge
concerning the democratic freedoms that we ARE losing and now MUST protect.
